Highly insulated, Eco-homes utilising sustainable, locally sourced materials giving warm and comfortable, low maintenance homes with low running costs and low carbon footprints.

The properties in this category can be finished internally and externally with materials and architectural features to create the character and appearance of rustic or modern homes.

SMART HOMES can be realised only as new-build projects so would require a building plot or a plot with an existing property to be demolished.

We provide a full property design and development service for new-build properties and restorations - from conception, through design and construction, to completion. Our services are available to those with existing building plots, with or without a current development project, and to those who are starting on the first step and need assistance with finding a plot. All of our projects are completely customised to meet the specific needs of our clients and our services are intended for the development of a free-hold site.

Properties designed with a modern appearance can be finished with stone, brick, wood and glass or with a combination of these materials. Properties requiring a more rustic appearance can be finished with stone external walls (Rustic in Stone), wood-cladded chalet-style walls (Rustic in Wood), or a mix of stone, wood and paint-rendered walls).

Property designs start with;
* 1-bedroomed properties (60m2) comprising; 1 bathroom, 1 double bedroom, open-planned living space with kitchen / lounge and study area, covered terrace and garden - from €95,000.
* 2-bedroomed properties (75m2) with 1 bathroom from €120,000.
* 2-bedroomed properties (90m2) with 2 bathrooms from €145,000.
* 3-bedroomed properties (120m2) with 2 bathrooms from €195,000.
* 4-bedroomed properties (150m2) with 3 bathrooms from €240,000.
There is no practical upper limit to the size or number of rooms, subject to the planning regulations associated with a plot. The prices above cover design and build, and do not include the plot purchase price. Garages can be built at extra cost, and prices start from €15,000.

1). Design and supply complete self-build kit.
2). Design, supply and project manage self-build kit construction.
3). Design, supply and construct on behalf of client using our own site teams.
