Details: This house, located in the Golfo Paradiso section of the Eastern Riviera of Liguria, half way between Genoa and the Portofino Peninsula, is in Frazione Levā, in the town of Sori. The house itself is about 10 minutes from the beach by road, although only about 2 km inland as the crow flies and at an altitude of about 400 m. This 120 sq.m. property is on three floors and has a master bedroom with dressing room and en suite bathroom, lounge, small bedroom / study, second bathroom, dining room / kitchen, and attic room plus landing. The village is very typically Ligurian and on really clear evenings you can see Corsica from there. There is also another building comprising one room and an outside toilet, as well as a small courtyard overlooking the valley, all the way down to the sea and a terrace can be created on the roof of this building, which can also be linked directly to the house. Having windows facing both South and North the house is very light and sunny, especially on the upper floor where there are two Velux windows in the roof. The outside walls are in stone, and many of the inside walls are also in exposed stone, with chestnut beams and roof structure, chestnut door and window frames, and rough plaster. If you are looking for a typical Italian cottage (the house was built in the early 1700s), in a very typical setting, this is the property for you.
